A true life saver. I filed an non-immigrant waiver with another attorney and received a Request For Evidence. The other attorney wanted to charge be another $2,800 and refused to even give me a copy of the RFE. I sought Mr. Serrano’s assistance and he came in a rescued me. Not only did he explain the reasons why my case received an RFE in the first place but he wrote out exactly what needed to be submitted to get my case approved. I did exactly what he told me and in no time my case was APPROVED!!!

Awesome attorney and even greater guy. Sam was the only attorney that helped me when I was down on my luck. My green card expired and I had to travel to Australia for any emergency. I tried to board but I was refused to get on the plain because I did not have a valid green card. He went out of his way to setup an infopass appointment and accompany me to the necessary stamp in my passport in one day.
